DIY Digital Police Scanner With ZimaBoard 2

Let’s build a DIY digital police scanner. I’m using a ZimaBoard 2 with an SDR and OP25, then wrapping the whole thing into a Docker setup so it’s easy to deploy, restart, and keep running. The end goal is a scanner that streams audio over my home network, so I can listen on my phone or computer — and it also opens the door to plug that stream into other projects later.
