So, painting doors can be quite a long job if you are not used to it and it can also be difficult to get a good finish that you are happy with.

This short video explains how I tackle them. In this job I had 8 doors, so 16 sides to do.

How to paint doors with a small roller process:
1. Clean the door
2. Remove the door handles
3. Lightly sand the surface
4. Use a small brush to paint difficult parts of the door first
5. Use a small roller with a soft nap to roll on the paint

I prefer the soft nap rollers to the foam rollers. They just seem to give a better finish.
