Lesson 31 of our study of the book of Revelation continues with the letter to the church at Pergamos in Revelation 2 verses 15-17. Pastor James Knox discusses the "doctrine of the Nicolaitans" which placed men in bondage to other men to strictly obey out of obligation and duty, and not out of their first love for Jesus Christ. An explanation of "the hidden manna" and multiple historical and Biblical contexts are provided to understand "the white stone" rewarded to those who overcome.
