I wrote this song “Big Long Cloud” during what’s felt like a lifetime of a bleed. This song squeezed my soul as it was coming through, word for word... chord for chord, note for note, tear for tear. Squeezed me in places I didn’t know I needed it, yet am so grateful it did.

I am so grateful for my connection to my blood and menstruation, the cellular alchemy that’s laden in this unnamable time... I’ve felt so many layers of releasing... revealing and new Seeing. Sisterhood coming in so strong, feeling more supported than I ever have before. Emerging brighter, fresher, and lighter... and with infinite gratitude to Divinity’s clever and soulful ways of healing. •
