Samsung Galaxy S21 with Exynos 2100 chip

[UPDATE: 17.03.2020] I found better settings for this game which can increase fps about 10% (in some scenarios up to 25%). Go to graphics setting and change Shader Compilation Mode to Synchronous. I recommend to play in 720p (force 16:9 and turn on widescreen in game settings). OpenGL is more stable and has less stutter but Vulkan sometimes has higher fps. It's hard to say, but I think OpenGL might be better today.
