Kinilaw na Yellowfin Tuna | Ulam Recipe | December' Taste

Kinilaw is the Filipino version of ceviche made out raw seafood mixed with vinegar, lemon/calamansi juice, fresh ginger, onion, chili, and seasonings.

Ingredients:
2 lbs yellowfin tuna, sliced
2 pcs medium-size cucumber, sliced
2 pcs medium-size onions, sliced
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1 pc cayenne pepper, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
