This restaurant inside Palazzo surprised us 😮 #vegas

When you crave Pho even more when you’re in Vegas, you have to find your go-to spot on the strip. At Hong Kong Cafe, you can order this Rare Filet Mignon, Beef Ball & Tendon Pho Noodle Soup, which comes with a side of toppings (load up that basil!) and sauces for you to use as desired. The broth is clean, not too salty and not tasting like MSG. There’s a good amount of meat and it’s a comforting meal. My only critique is that I wish it came with more soup. This isn’t actually bad pricing for the strip and a resort like The Palazzo
