DWARVES | Origins & Evolution

Dwarves, or dwarfs, are one of the most notable fantastical races. The famed little men that live, mine, and forge under the mountains, in the dark caves below the Earth. However, where did the myth of the dwarf come from? This video covers the history of the dwarf and goes through the many different cultures that contributed to the dwarf.

From ancient pygmies, to medieval mythologies, to fairy tales, to modern culture; the history of dwarfs is truly an interesting one, as well surprising. A journey with quite a few twists and turns.
