Shkmeruli How To Make Creamy Garlic Chicken

Chicken baked in traditional Georgian red clay baking dish - Ketsi. Instead of Ketsi, you can use a conventional pan for the oven, which can hold fat during frying.
The classic recipe does not require milk, only a mixture of garlic and water.

In this recipe, you will see a creamy garlic sauce that will give the chicken more richness
Ingredients
1 medium-size Chicken
20 g Garlic
500 g Milk
Salt

Red dry pepper (optional)
Instructions

1. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt.
2. Roast it in clay dish (optional) in the hot oven. Make it very crispy

3. Take out chicken from pot, cut it into pieces and put aside.

4. Mix mashed garlic with the grease left in the frying pan.
5. Add salt and red dry pepper to your taste.
6. After garlic will brown, add half of the milk. When it becomes half in size, add the rest of the milk.
7. Put back sliced chicken and serve while hot.
