1) Download Win32DiskImager:

2) Download 7Zip if you don't already have a program to decompress zipped files:

Choose 64-bit (or 32-bit, to match your system) EXE file (For Windows)

Near the bottom is a line that says:

After logging in and defining your radio, set the hotspot security password in the "Self Care" section.
