Japan Sends Ukraine 38 tons of Bulletproof Vests

The Japanese government will send 38 tons of supplies to Ukraine, including bulletproof vests, helmets, winter clothes, and emergency food. The supplies will be transported by a U.S. Air Force C-17 aircraft. On March 16, 2022, a press conference was held at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, attended by officials from the Japanese Ministry of Defense, the U.S. Embassy, and the Ukrainian Embassy.
