Camping Labrca - Tolmin, Slovenia

https://www.avtokampi.si - Camping Labrca - Tolmin is located on the right bank of the river Soča, only 10 minutes walk from the center of Tolmin. They provide guests with a beautifully landscaped camping area, many sports activities and food in their restaurant.

Campsite Labrca is open from April to September, when they have space for about 80 tents. It is a quiet location where people enjoy the beautiful nature and the many possibilities of activities offered by the river Soča, so the owners of the camp demand that all the guests respect the night peace.

There are new toilets and space for washing the dishes. For children, they have set up a children’s playground and added some sports grounds. Camping Labrca provide guests with breakfast, half board or full board in their inn and pizzeria, offering traditional local dishes, grilled dishes, trout, burgers, pizzas, calamari and various salads.

For those who would like to come camping for the first time and do not have their own equipment, they can also rent a tent, sleeping bag and pillow at the campsite.

The camp works together with the Maya sports and recreation center, where they offer many activities, so you will not be bored. Rafting, kayaking, canyoning and ziplining are the right activities for adrenaline enthusiasts. For families, they prepare special packages of activities adapted to children, e.g. shorter and easier rafting trips, SUP board rental, cycling, horse riding, adventure park… There is a basketball, football and badminton court in the camp.

The location of the camp is also interesting for day trips, e.g. a circular path through the Tolmin Gorge, where the Tolminka River paved its way through the canyon. The hike is also suitable for children, and you can see the Devil's Bridge, Bear's Head, the confluence of two rivers and thermal springs. Accompanied by a guide, Dante's Cave is also possible to visit.

We also recommend a visit to the Loce military cemetery and the German ossuary from the First World War and the Tolmin Museum, where archaeological finds and ethnological collections are presented. For the best view of Tolmin, go to Kozlov rob or Castle (30 min walk). A visit to the memorial Church of the Holy Spiritin - Javorca in the Tolminka valley is a unique monument from the time of the First World War, dedicated to the fallen Austro-Hungarian soldiers.
