Dvorak Concerto, Los Angeles 2019 Dudamel/ Ferrández (behind the scenes)

Hello Everyone, wanted to share with you the beautiful week I spent in Los Angeles, performing with Gustavo Dudamel and Los Angeles Phil at the iconic Hollywood Bowl, was truly an amazing experience, and it made me think about amplification in classical music, I always felt classical music could use a 5% of amplification in a concert hall ( not talking about open air concerts of course where its definitely required) in a concert hall it shouldn’t change the purity of the sound, or the quality, it should still feel intimate, but I think it would definitely be an improvement both for the performer, where the balance wont be a problem and for the listener, some concert halls have weird acoustic and it doesn’t sound perfect everywhere you seat in the hall, what do you guys think about this topic?
