Chicken With Chickpeas & Kale

1/1/4 tsp.powder coriander or cardamon powder
4 bone-in, skin -on chicken thighs ( about 1/1/2 lbs.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoon orange zest and 3 tablespoon orange juice ( small orange)
3 clove garlic, minced
1/2 large bunch curly -leaf kale, stemmed and chopped optional
1. preheat oven to 425, in a bowl mix coriander salt pepper , rub all over the chicken bake for about 20- 30 minutes on wire baking tray.
use a skilled add 2 tablespoon olive oil, add garlic and cardamon powder cook for less than 1 minute add chickpeas to your garlic, ground pepper, salt. and orange juice cook over medium heat, stirring about 2 minutes; add chicken to your skillet skin side up in the chickpeas , cook for about 5 minutes. when your chicken is done transfer to plate . use same skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil than toss in to skillet your stemmed kale and chicken stock add chicken and chickpeas to your skillet cook for about 5 minutes serve hot.
