Miyeokguk | Korean-style seaweed soup
Miyeok guk is a soup made of edible seaweed and is traditionally served on birthdays or after giving birth, but you can eat and enjoy it anytime you like. Miyeok or seaweed is rich in nutrients like iodine, iron, and calcium and most people prefer eating it to lower their cholesterol. This version of the soup is made with chopped seafood, but the most popular type is the one with beef slices.
Ingredients:
Seaweed 100g(soaked)
Seafood mix 30g
Light soy 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Msg 1tsp (optional)
Water 2 cups
Sesame oil 1tbsp
Scallion 20g
Minced garlic 10g
