"Hey everyone! I just wanted to thank you all so much for the good wishes and all the love that I have received this past week. It meant so much to me and really came at a time that I really needed it so thank you. I have great news, which is that I am cancer free," she revealed. Kate went on to thank everyone who helped her through the scary time and shared excitement to spend time with her 3-year-old son during the holidays. The comedian's latest news comes just days after she first announced her lung cancer diagnosis in a TikTok video taken at the hospital. Kate noted at the time that her surgery was successful, and she would be "back at it" in a few weeks.
