How do I make property profitable? I take all my leftovers from my own family needs and put them to work. Fruit tree seedlings are sold in the Spring to make room for the adult trees. Brambles (raspberries, blackberries) and perennial plants (comfrey) are divided and sold in large bundles. Breeding stock and meat animals are sold when our freezers are full of meat. Garden starts are sold out of the greenhouse when our own garden is full. The house has paying guests and the off grid cabin is used for those wishing to learn to live off grid.
That is all...we sell our leftovers and keep our systems simple enough that abundance doesn't depend on our hands touching anything.

We recommend three to five days if you want to be able to experience animal harvesting or offgrid laundry. Shorter stays we can let you collect eggs, split firewood, garden, and milk the goats.
