Beach Day in Durrës, Albania | Relaxing on the Adriatic Sea

We love #Albania. We spent the entire week in the busy capital city of Tirana, yet it's only a 30 minute bus ride to #Durrës--a beautiful port city on the Adriatic Sea! It's actually the second largest city in Albania (after Tirana), so we couldn't resist a relaxing #beach day in Durrës.

After arriving in Durrës, we gathered the important essentials before heading to the beach: beer. Then, we relaxed in the sun, swam in the Adriatic sea, and had an amazing day. We even grabbed a bite to eat and tried authentic Albanian food before we left. Amazing day!
