Why Integrity Means More To The INFJ Than A Simple Intellectual Conversation. While most people think that the INFJ values integrity just because they are perfectionists, they could be wrong. In fact, this surface-level answer could be insulting to the INFJ. So, here are ten reasons why integrity means more to the INFJ than a simple intellectual conversation.

Being responsible for the well-being of other people is a challenging responsibility. When it comes to leadership, they are not only "inspiring," but they are also guiding them towards a specific direction. And without integrity, their members will be as blind as they are. Either they will lead them towards a dead-end or a devastating outcome. Thus, leadership requires someone to have the right principles and morals for that role. INFJs can't pretend to be someone they are not, as this isn't a trait of a good leader. The people they mentor will rely on them entirely; thus, integrity is essential to practice.

INFJs place a high value on manifesting integrity in their daily lives simply because they always want to incorporate their values in how they treat themselves and the people around them.
