Will the SpaceX Lunar Starship Crash on the Moon?

How will SpaceX safely land a 220 tonne Starship on the lunar surface?The Lunar Starship will be the largest rocket ever launched, dwarfing the Saturn V and its competition. Landing on the Moon won't be the same as landing on Earth. Without air resistance creating a terminal velocity and with an extreme thrust to weight ratio controlling the Starship as it lands will be very difficult. Then SpaceX cannot use the powerful Raptor engines to touchdown without blasting regolith into lunar orbit. Are there solutions to these problems? Or is the Lunar Starship doomed?
