I will share an interesting method of flashing products that I saw from Chinese masters. This is firmware with two colors of threads. A simple but interesting solution that will add originality to your products. For clarity, I took white leather. In this way, it is possible to sew both glued parts and single-layer parts. We choose threads at our discretion that will harmoniously complement your product. In my case, these are round synthetic threads of the MEISI company, 0.45 mm thick.

We measure how much is needed and cut two threads of different colors of the same length. We tie them into a knot, cut off the excess, and tap the knot or press it with tongs so that it becomes flat.

Insert the needles into the holes from the inside to hide the knot between the two parts. And if we sew a single-layer part, then the knot should remain in such a place where it will not be noticeable.

A more detailed video on the firmware is already on the channel. This is one of the methods I use in my work. Neck with an inclination of the holes towards you. As a result, we get the so-called christmas tree on both sides and with alternating multi-colored stitches.
