Snowy Owl | Acrylic Painting

Today I'm painting a Snowy Owl with Acrylics! This is one of my favourite winter birds I get to see here in Manitoba. I want the Owl in this painting to be almost ghostly, but with its black spots and strips, and bright yellow eyes bringing strong contrast to the mostly grey scene. I'll talk about some of the process and subtlety of the colours that will go into painting this beautiful Snowy Owl. Enjoy!!
