Snook Family – Rodeo with rodeo clowns

[silent] Snook Family moving image collection footage circa 1943, 1948 of a rodeo in an unidentified Montana location with rodeo clowns and outriders interacting with bulls and bull riders; the rodeo clowns on horseback following several men and women on horseback; bronc riders; and bulldogging. The film also shows dressage riding; a man balancing on a wire; and cowgirls on horseback riding in an arena. 1940s.

Filming was likely done by Earl Snook. Snook owned the Snook Art company in Billings, Montana. (collection MOV 0102)
