Jacob Anthony Angeli Chansley, also known as the QAnon Shaman, sat with Vlad TV after his release from prison following his role in the Capitol attack. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Chansley has been struck by the increased poverty, drug use, and homelessness in his home city. Describing himself as a "good kid" who never had a criminal record, he joined the Navy for two years after high school, following in his father's footsteps and demonstrating a desire to serve his country. However, he was administratively separated from the Navy after refusing to take the anthrax vaccine. Chansley then worked as a courier until a car accident totaled his vehicle. After this, he held various jobs, including working in department stores and sub shops and trying his hand at multi-level marketing, which was endorsed by Donald Trump.
