Mocha Chocolate Macarons Recipe I Saint Chocolate

Hi sweeties and chocolate addicts,

today I want to share with you a recipe for these delicious, super chocolaty Mocha Chocolate Maracons! If you like chocolate, you will love these ones :)

What you need (for about 16 filled Macarons):

Mocha Ganache:
100g coffee flavored chocolate
100ml heavy cream
10g butter

Batter:
125g powdered sugar
50g powdered almonds
25g unsweetened cocoa
66g egg whites
pinch of salt
75g granulated sugar

Bake in preheated oven (170°C or 338°F) for about 12-14 minutes.
