The first half of the video was the failed Toppat Raid mentioned in the Toppat 4 Lyfe route. The aftermath of the raid causes the government to back out and go back to their base. This the Toppat’s enough time to launch their rocket

You can see the endings from ItA and FtC, Rapidly Promoted Executive and Convict Allies to make up the Toppat King route.

The bloody tophat was Right Hand Man’s, since Henry used the chainsaw on him, which made him RHM Reborn

the orbital station shown in the second half was above the government’s base, they only had a few more nights there because they were moving out of that base since the Toppat’s were already gone

but boom they came back and kidnapped Charles because Henry said so
Henry tries to manipulate Charles into joining, hence the phrase “why do you care for me?” as Henry was telling Charles that he still cared and that people would love to see him

Charles either joins and becomes loyal to the Toppat Clan or he can be an agent and still work for the government to pick up information about the Toppats

Charles basically got kidnapped and forced to become a Toppat Member in the Toppat King ending-
honestly it sounds kinda stupid now oops
