British Study - Or EV Attack?

Last week, we told you about a new study from the UK stating that plug-in hybrids emitted far more than their window stickers would suggest. Today, we're looking at another study from the UK - but this time it's less of a study and more of a hatchet job designed to discredit electric vehicles.
