Beginner Wall Pilates for Strong Arms

Beginner Wall Pilates for STRONG Arms is a 15 minute arm strengthening routine for making everyday tasks easier workout. This no equipment workout will help you maintain and build upper body strength that will assist you with everyday tasks like carrying groceries, picking up your kids, holding a hair dryer up ;) or in an emergency help get you up off the ground. Being able to push yourself up is an important functional movement not only for feeling strong, but also if we were to ever fall it’s crucial we can push ourselves back up. Strengthen and tone your triceps, chest, back, and shoulders with this functional wall pilates workout. This class is great accessible exercise for seniors. So find some wall space and let's get to it!
