After doing a little research the comment I made about the frets at the beginning being odd and angled.... this is called fanned frets. This allows the low end strings to have a longer scale then the higher strings allowing you to tune down further without loss of string playability.

I have played music since I was 10 years old. I started out playing the drums before picking up the guitar, Bass, mandolin, and ukulele.
I was the lead singer for many years and have played concerts with Disturbed, Hell Yeah, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Halestorm, and Puddle of Mudd just to name a few.
I may not like all music but I respect all the talent, techniques, and effort put into writing and recording the music.
I enjoy teaching and pointing out the techniques musicians use to get the sounds either live or in the studio, so if you want to see some of your favorite musicians and learn how they do what they do you have come to the right place.
