How To Make Chaga Tea
Chaga doesn't look like much, but it is an incredibly powerful medicinal mushroom with a whole host of amazing benefits.

Recipe for Chaga Tea:
1. Grind Chaga chunks down into a fine powder, using a hammer and then a mortar and pestle or strong blender.
2. Add ~90 g (3 oz) Chaga powder to 4 liters of water.
3. Bring to a boil on the stove, turn down the heat and let simmer for 2.5 to 3 hours.
4. Drain, serve and store the remaining tea in the fridge.
