Takeout At Home: Teriyaki Glazed Salmon & Fried Rice Recipe

Salmon:
1 tbsp garlic Infused olive oil
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Teriyaki Sauce:
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ cup water
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp ginger powder (opt)
2 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp cold water
1 Tsp sesame seeds
(Add water as needed for the right consistency you prefer)

Fried Rice:
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg, mix
⅓ cup shredded carrots
⅓ cup frozen peas
Fried rice seasoning mix (sun-bird brand)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp scallions,chopped
½ cup chinese bean sprouts
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste as needed
