CRM Platform Case Study: Streamlining Membership Management with FluentCRM/MemberPress

In this case study, I demonstrate how I built a CRM platform for nonprofits using FluentCRM and MemberPress plugins on WordPress to solve a complex membership management problem. The client previously used NationBuilder for CRM and JotForm for member intake, but struggled with recurring billing and managing multiple platforms.

With my solution, everything is integrated into WordPress, making it easier to manage member intake, billing, invoicing, and communications all from one site. I also showcase how easy it is to create a workflow using FluentCRM and highlight one of its powerful automation features. Not only does this streamline their workflow, but it also saves them money by reducing subscription costs.
