This is Hiroshima. We have always wanted to travel here and visit the city where the first atomic bomb was dropped. In all honesty, before arriving we didn't know what to expect and how we would feel in the place that has felt and witnessed so much heartache. Hiroshima is Japan's most infamous city. This is all because at 08:15 am on the 16th August 1949, Hiroshima became the first place on Earth to feel the devastating effects of an atomic bomb. It’s a day that changed the entire World forever. The atomic bomb decimated the city, killing nearly all nearby the blast and injuring tens of thousands more.
However, Hiroshima and its population have completely rebounded since then, and has the city changed since those dark days. People now travel here & to the surrounding areas from all over Japan and the wider world. This is why...
