FRONTEND S05 L01 Introducing Tailwind CSS
📘 INTRODUCING TAILWIND CSS
In this lesson, we introduce Tailwind CSS and compare utility-class styling directly in HTML with the traditional external CSS approach.
You will build a small demo, install Tailwind tooling, generate utility CSS, and render matching styled components.
🎯 IN THIS VIDEO
Compare traditional CSS class styling vs Tailwind utility classes
Build a small standalone Tailwind demo project
Create equivalent UI styling with utility class names
Navigate Tailwind docs and understand common utility naming
Install Tailwind tooling via npm dependencies
Use npm scripts to run Tailwind CSS generation
Output generated utility styles into a CSS file
Link generated Tailwind CSS and verify matching visual results
🚀 HOW TO USE THIS COURSE
This lesson establishes the Tailwind workflow used in later sections.
Once this utility-class model clicks, styling becomes faster, more consistent, and easier to maintain across larger frontend projects.

💡 NOTE
Tailwind’s generator outputs only the utility classes you actually use, which keeps the resulting CSS focused and efficient.
