Pag-IBIG will inform you thru text that your application has been disapproved and at the same time a Lingkod Pag-IBIG will personally call or text you to give instructions on what you need to do the next time you apply.

1. Over the counter at hindi pwede ang online application para sa mga accounts na nasa proseso na ng foreclosure. Ito ang mga accounts na may tag na ETFG at FIUL sa Pag-IBIG.
2. Hindi na kailangan ang MID sa online application kaya makakapag-apply na kahit hindi active ang membership.
3. Over the counter din ang application para sa mga legal heirs. Ito yung kung ang original borrower ay patay na pero hindi na-fully paid ang loan kaya may naiwan pa ring utang. Ang kanyang tagapagmana ay maaaring mag-apply sa nearest Pag-IBIG branch.
4. For OFWs at seafarers kelangan ng SPA, if filed thru representative.
