Hello guys, today we will be playing the American T10 cruiser Des Moines on the map “Greece” and try to excel in the art of lobbing HE shells over islands.

As you might have guessed I don’t possess the ability to time travel, so the thumbnail could appear a little bit “clickbaity” as no one can tell with certainty how the upcoming commander skill rework and the introduction of submarines will affect Des Moines. In my opinion, the effects for Des Moines in particular will be fairly negligible since the importance of using cover and spamming HE will never get old.

By the way, if you listen carefully to the commentary you will notice that several parts sound slightly different from one another because I recorded them over a span of four days. This time I actually wrote a script and expected to save a lot of time because I would not have to improvise and record certain parts over and over – oh boy, was I wrong! I think I have never spent as much time on a single video except for one of my projects at the university. I know especially the timing and the intonation are still far from being perfect, but I needed to finish the video at some point before burning out. In conclusion, as much as I enjoy making videos, I definitely need to come up with a better workflow. 🤓
