This works with all models of KitchenAid Stand Mixers. This is the attachment assembly that goes into the head of the stand mixer. There is an adjustable slicing disc control on the side. This is the liner that goes in, the lid with feed tube, large food pusher and small food pusher.
All the accessories are stored in this case. There are 4 included discs. This is the reversible shredding disc, the adjustable slicing disc, julienne disc and dicing disc and blade. I will test out all the discs so you can see how they perform. This is a cleaner for the dicing disc and this is the disc adapter to use with the julienne and reversible shredding discs. An instruction manual with recipes is also included as well as 2 quick start guides.
Before using, wash all the parts in warm soapy water by hand or in the top rack of your dishwasher. The attachment assembly should be wiped down with a damp cloth and dried. This should not be washed.
