How to make a giant animatronic demon head

This build was the first in what became an annual series of animatronic Halloween creations. Matt Demon is is constructed of cardboard, and skinned with upcycled plastic bags, melted with a hot glue gun. It uses tiny servos, and is controlled by an Arduino.
This and other creations of ours will be displayed at the Arts Center in Carrboro, NC during Summer 2025, so drop by to see them in person!
