An unreal, emotional and a serene experience. I went back to the chak after 15 years away. Thank my parents for taking us there regularly as kids, putting time into us that helped to develop an understanding of our heritage, culture, its values and the importance of family and relationships. It's the reason I still have a strong affection for the country and its people. Probably my personal favourite trip to date and so glad I have it on film.
