Anchor going down

The anchor chain going down on the cruise ship the Dawn Princess on which I just spent 35 days on the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii and return , on many occasions at the various ports going to and from we had to anchor "off shore", the links of the chain were very large being about 400 x 200 mm and the thickness about 100 mm dia., a lot of noise and rust dust filled the air. I would say not many people would have experienced this exciting piece of mechanical wonderment, but I am a sticky beak and like this sort of thing.
