How I Learn New Content using an Evidence Based Approach
Learning new material can be overwhelming if you have a lot of content to cover and not a lot of time left over to practice. I learned the hard way through years of trial and error before I was able to figure out a more efficient system. After researching and applying different techniques, I developed a framework for learning new material using an evidence based approach. This method uses some of the best learning strategies such as active recall, to ease the transition from learning into practicing and long term retention!
