Modulares System für das inline Stanzen, Zusammentragen und Stapeln von Spielkarten, Gesellschaftsspielkarten, Sammelkarten und Sportkarten • Bogenformat 750 x 1050, Leistung bis 2'000 Decks/Std.

Durch die flexible und fortschrittliche Stanzblechtechnik ist das gleichzeitige Schneiden, Anstanzen, Rillen und Perforieren möglich.

Die Karten werden haltepunktfrei ausgestanzt, inline ausgebrochen, geschuppt und über ein Transportband der Spielkartenauslage ACC 750 DHS zugeführt.

Die Spielkartenauslage stapelt jede Reihe zu einem vollständigen Deck und leitet diese an ein nachgeschaltetes Verpackungssystem wie Cellophaniermaschinen, Banderoliermaschinen oder Verpackungs-maschinen weiter.

The flexible and advanced die-cutting technology allows simultaneous die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing and perforating all on the same flexible die plate.

Cards are die-cut nick-free, stripped out inline, shingled and fed to the ACC 750 DHS Automated Card Collator and Stacker via a conveyor belt.

The ACC 750 DHS stacks each row into a complete deck and feeds it to adownstream packaging system that may include overwrappers, banding machines, packaging machines or packing table conveyors.
