Humein chahiye ki hum apne khane ki aadaton par dhyan dein aur swasthya ke liye behtar vikalp chunen. Swasth rehne ke liye achha khana, samay par khana aur parivaar ke saath milkar khana zaroori hai. Isse na sirf hamara sharir swasth rahega, balki humare rishte bhi majboot honge.
