PetSmart Rescue | Meet Chance

I'm literally breaking so many rules by keeping this problem child. I might be kicked out if/when they find out, or worse, my pets' lives might be on the line and at risk of being turned into fish bait, but when I saw this guy sitting in PetSmart in the condition he was in, I had to have him.
