Steam Sales are a fantastic time of the year to get your hands on the best games on steam for a much cheaper price. In my case I wont be looking for the best games to buy in the steam 2019 Halloween sale. Instead we are buying the best of the worst of steam. Also known as the worst rated games of all time on steam. We are talking about games which are rated to be much much worse than fallout 76, no mans sky and dont even get me started on The latest Command And Conquer games. So make it a bad simulation, rpg, rts game we are going to be finding the worst possible demonstration of pc video games on steam.
