BRUNEI | SOLO TRAVEL DAY TRIP (THIS PLACE SURPRISED ME) 🇧🇳

Brunei isn't exactly the first country you think of when travelling across South East Asia. After a quick search online, I quickly realised that it's not frequently travelled by most tourists like myself...but there were some people that had been before that had a great experience.

So, whilst recently visiting Malaysian Borneo, I hopped on a quick flight from Kota Kinabalu to the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan, home to the opulent Jame’Asr Hassanil Bolkiah mosque and its 29 golden domes.

As soon as I landed I was thrust straight in the deep-end of unknown travel (something I love) and just had to figure out what to go and do for a whole day in a country that I knew nothing about.

This is what happened! (Part 1 of 2)
