Getting Our Townhomes Ready to Be Built

For Quick Move-Ins / Future inventory homes, there’s a process to getting plans together and preparing to build.

We call this part the “Pre-Paneling” Process.

1. Make sure the home will fit right on the homesite.
2. Circle where the home will go on the community map.
3. Show the exterior rendering of the home (called an elevation).
4. Choose the type of stone / paint / exterior options.
5. Input all of the paint selections into the system.
6. Choose design options for the home (what package we will use)
7. Input the home details (which side the garage is on, plan used)
8. Select Flex Options (any structural upgrades or changes, like an upgraded oven or a bedroom instead of a study)
9. Print out the pricing sheet with detailed pricing on the home
10. Fill out current inventory sheet (plans, pricing, price per square foot)
11. Fill out Design Appointment Request (so Designers can start ordering materials)
12. Submit to main office so that we can start building and obtain address specific documents
