Cutting Small Vinyl Letters Using a Brother Scan N Cut SDX1200

We all have issues at times when cutting certain fonts with our Brother Scan N Cut. Cursive fonts, that attach one letter to another, can be a bit difficult; especially when they are small. The Brother Scan n cut machine has been made with the purpose of being able to cut small, delicate patterns.

If you have issues with your permanent vinyl pulling up, cutting into pieces, or just making a mess when cutting small words; this video tutorial will show you how to fix it.

In this video I show you how to weld the letters together; causing a smooth, fluid cutting line and resulting in a complete cut word decal. I use permanent vinyl, brother canvas work space (PC version) and a cursive font to create a decal that is 1.4" x 1.5".
