Soccer Goalkeeper Training: ADVANCED SESSION 103

Advanced soccer goalkeeper training. This is our first video with this training pair. The session with these guys was general goalkeeping. We put them through a series of exercises following their warm up that focused on proper footwork, catches and dive techniques. It's the repetitions within the training that is key. Allow the goalkeepers to train repeated techniques with consistent training shots to specific locations. Both goalkeepers train at full speed and intensity throughout the session. Great work!
