How to Make: Assorted Egg Rolls

Egg Rolls
Egg roll wraps (20 in 1 pkg)
Your choice of meats, diced
1 bag shredded cabbage (Cole Slaw)
Bean spouts
3 tbles chicken stock
2-1/2 tbles Soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teas garlic salt
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 diced green onions
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1-1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar (bring the above 3 to a boil)
Add;
1 teas red food color
Mix well 1/4 cup warm water with 2 heaping tablespoons corn starch
Add to boiling water mixture ( turn off stove)
If it's to thick, add a little water if to thin add a little more corn starch mixture. Enjoy.
